After Sales Service

 

AJ Aguiar has a personalized and tailored After Sales Service (ASS) to respond to each customer. We have incorporated, since 2009, a Technical Assistance Center (TAC) to respond all request related with repairs changes  of a plenty of articles.

Basic Rules of Procedure:

  1. Before reporting any situation to our ASS, make sure you have read the instruction manual which is inside the product packaging.
     
  2. The damage item should always be reported to our ASS by email spv@ajaguiar.com or by telephone (+351) 22 082 45 21 (chamada para a rede fixa nacional)
     
  3. Before sending, please wait for the anwser by email that will enclose a PDF file with a Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA).
     
  4. It is required to send all stuff with this RMA number to the following address:
