After Sales Service
AJ Aguiar has a personalized and tailored After Sales Service (ASS) to respond to each customer. We have incorporated, since 2009, a Technical Assistance Center (TAC) to respond all request related with repairs changes of a plenty of articles.
Basic Rules of Procedure:
- Before reporting any situation to our ASS, make sure you have read the instruction manual which is inside the product packaging.
- The damage item should always be reported to our ASS by email spv@ajaguiar.com or by telephone (+351) 22 082 45 21 (chamada para a rede fixa nacional)
- Before sending, please wait for the anwser by email that will enclose a PDF file with a Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA).
- It is required to send all stuff with this RMA number to the following address:
